How your subscription works.
A full year of access
Pay annually upfront. Renewal provides a further 12 months. You can request cancellation of renewal and retain access until the end of your paid term.
Headcount without surprises
Confirm headcount at signup and renewal. Ordinary growth will not create unexpected mid-term charges. Acquisitions and major scope changes are agreed separately.
BEFORE YOU START
A few useful details.
What does the 7-day trial cover?
Your trial begins when your workspace is successfully created and lasts seven days. It gives you a way to explore the software. Guided assessment, independent validation and partner setup are available separately.
Will I be charged automatically?
There is no automatic credit-card charge without an explicitly agreed checkout arrangement. Payment arrangements and final customer terms will be provided before purchase.
What happens when the trial ends?
Editing is disabled. Retained records and available exports remain readable during the initial retention period. Retention and deletion terms will be confirmed before trials open.
What if we have a complex group structure?
Complex multi-entity groups, large portfolios and substantial support requirements are quoted to match the agreed scope. Talk to us about your organisation.
